The "Zero Bari GK-HCZ" we handle is a hybrid drill for drilling CFRP. It also accommodates cross holes on the sides and can be re-sharpened, leading to cost reductions. When combined with aluminum, it can drill from both the aluminum side and the CFRP side. With excellent straightness, it can correct for slightly bent pilot holes while drilling straight. This product was developed in collaboration with the Fukui Prefectural Industrial Technology Center and is patented. 【Features】 ■ Ripple Shaped Effect - The wave effect suppresses heat and achieves outstanding cutting performance. ■ Extreme Keeness Blade - The special R shape disperses cutting resistance, reduces heat, and further minimizes burrs (delamination), extending the lifespan of the R blade. ■ Special Wave Drill - With cutting resistance reduced to 1/4, it achieves hole accuracy of H6 or better and minimizes burrs with its wave-shaped drill.
